🖨️ Consumable Pairing (Extremely Important)

  • Must use a Thermal Transfer Printer; direct thermal printing is not supported.
  • Must be paired with a Full Resin Ribbon: Only a full resin composition can perfectly integrate with the high-temperature resistant coating, ensuring barcode resistance to high temperatures, scratching, and alcohol scrubbing. If wax-based or wax/resin ribbons are mistakenly used, characters will burn, blur, or fall off directly after high-temperature processing.

⚠️ Precautions for Selection

  • 220℃ refers to short-term temperature resistance: Suitable for oven or baking processes lasting from a few minutes to half an hour. If long-term continuous temperature exceeds 200℃, or instantaneous temperature exceeds 260℃ (such as lead-free reflow ovens), it is recommended to upgrade to PI (Polyimide / Kapton) material label paper.
  • Pre-labeling treatment: Before labeling, ensure that the surface of the object to be labeled is dry, free of oil, dust, and flux residues; otherwise, the initial tack of the adhesive will be significantly reduced, leading to edge warping after high temperatures.
