Cablemark 4mm Wire Marker Card

A professional-grade wire marking system designed for high-density electrical and data environments. When thousands of wires are concentrated in a confined space, a clear marking system is key to safety and efficiency. Cablemark 4mm Marker Cards are used with Cable ID Carrier Strips, allowing markers to be installed or replaced without disconnecting wires. Ready to use, includes printing.

🔹 Key Features

  • Professional 4mm wire markers, with clear and legible fonts, complying with industrial standards
  • Includes printing, ready to use, no need for an additional label printer
  • Installation without disconnecting wires: The open C-shaped Carrier Strip can be directly snapped onto connected wires
  • Hard plastic marker cards, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and moisture-resistant, not easy to fall off with long-term use
  • Meets the wire identification requirements of international electrical standards such as IEC 60204-1
  • Two sizes available for flexible matching with different wire specifications

📐 Specifications

  • 20mm (W) x 4mm (H): 40 Markers per card (includes printing)
  • 15mm (W) x 4mm (H): 60 Markers per card (includes printing)

✅ Applicable Industries

  • Industrial Automation & Robotics: PLC control cabinets, dense wiring in production lines
  • Switchgear & Control Panel Manufacturers: Control panels for commercial buildings and infrastructure
  • Telecommunications & Data Centers: Server racks, fiber optic distribution, and patch panel organization
  • Energy & Utilities: Power plants, substations, solar/wind inverter stations
  • Marine & Rail Transit: Permanent wire identification for ships, trains, and heavy machinery
  • Electrical Engineering: Power engineering and low-voltage electrical engineering

📖 How to Use

  1. Plan Markings: Refer to electrical schematics or cable schedules to identify the required alphanumeric codes (e.g., -X12:2.2109).
  2. Install Carrier Strip: Directly snap the transparent C-shaped Cable ID Carrier Strip onto the wire. This can be done even if the wire is already connected to a terminal block.
  3. Remove Marker Card: Slightly bend the Marker Card and break off the required marker piece; use fingers or pointed tweezers to remove it.
  4. Insert and Lock: Insert the 4mm hard marker piece into the transparent slot of the Carrier Strip. It will friction-lock, with the marking clearly visible facing outwards.

This marking system is widely used in high-risk electrical and data environments and is an essential tool for professional electrical technicians.
